Camp 4 Wine Café

In the spring of 2011, Damon Robbins, owner of Camp 4 Wine Café in Modesto, CA approached us with the idea to push the boundaries of design and create a website for the restaurant that was heavily centered around the photography of Glen Denny, whose work highlights many of the first ascents of Yosemite rock climbers (guys like Royal Robbins, Damon’s father) in the 1960’s.

It was a pretty difficult challenge to achieve the right balance between the photography, the design, and the content, but we’re very happy with how everything came together, and feel that it does a good job at simulating the feel of the restaurant.
